Co-Build Session
A pilot budget, honestly allocated.
This is a working canvas, not a proposal. We agree the budget, you define what success looks like, and we allocate together — line by line — across creators and events.

Tick what's in, then enter what % of the pilot budget each placement gets (ticked rows should add up to 100). This is the plan agreed in the session. Each creator gets a unique referral code; the funded accounts / recurring Auto Buys / accumulation they drive are entered later in the Results section, where they're attributed back to each creator.

How We'll Know It Worked
You define success. We allocate to deliver it.
In your own words: what does a successful pilot look like across the 3-month window?
The success metric — qualified installs, measured on ROI
Success is counted in qualified installs — genuine new customers, tracked per creator by a unique referral code and entered month by month (section 06) — and judged on ROI: each creator is a fixed 3-month cost, each install carries a lifetime value, so the result is simply the installs each creator drives against what they cost.
What counts as a qualified install: a new customer who (1) installs the app, (2) completes KYC, and (3) makes at least one transaction — ideally initiating a recurring multi-Turbo automated DCA buy. Only installs that clear this bar count toward the target.
Primary Metric
Cost per creator (€) — 3-month retainer
Target installs / creator / month
LTV per install (€)
Success is measured on ROI. At €15,000 per creator and €60 per install, break-even is 250 installs per creator. The 150/month target — 450 installs/creator over the window — delivers €27,000 in value, a 1.80× ROI (net +€12,000 per creator). LTV is each customer's value over a 24-month horizon.
05
Measurement Window
Counted month by month.
Content goes live from July 2026. Qualified installs are then counted month by month, every creator tracked individually by a unique referral code (section 06). Each creator runs for three months, but the window spans four calendar months so creators can start on a staggered schedule — a later starter simply fills the later columns. Name the months below; they become the column headers in section 06.

The Results
Counted month by month. Entered per creator.
After each month, enter the qualified installs each allocated creator drove via their unique referral code. Only creators allocated in section 03 appear here. The window spans four months so creators can start staggered — each runs three months, a later starter filling the later columns. Each creator's months are totalled, valued at the LTV in section 04, and shown with ROI on their slice of the budget — against a 450-per-creator target (150 × 3).

Return on Spend
What the pilot delivers Invity — and the multiple on top.
The point of the pilot: Invity pays the budget, the creators secure funded accounts (and recurring Auto Buys / accumulation) — each tracked by a unique referral code — valued at the figures in section 04. The total value delivered and the ROI over the spend update live from the results in section 06.

Signed off — Invity
Signed off — Satoshi Services
Built for the Matous co-build session, June 2026. Working allocation only — final terms, creator availability, and event slot holds confirmed in writing post-session. Vertical lockout activates on signed scope. The brand contracts and pays each creator and event directly — deliverables and payment terms are agreed and signed between the brand and the creator / event, typically structured as a 3-month monthly retainer. The event / creator pays Satoshi Services a % of revenue for each brand placement / project.
